Sunrise Residence is a villa residence in the Chaweng Noi area of Koh Samui on a gentle hillside just 500 meters from the main island ring road and a further 700 meters to the southern end of Chaweng beach. The first properties in the estate were constructed in 2006.
Set over approximates 6-7 rai (approximately 10,000sqm) of land, the residence comprises approximately 10 villas in a neo-traditional Thai style (with some properties in a more modern style) and several townhouses around a communal pool. Several of the villas have partial sea views from the upper floors. There are several plots in the estate which are still to be developed.
The residence enjoys a central location with several supermarkets and shopping malls within a few minutes drive and easy access to the nightlife of Chaweng beach and nearby idyllic Coral Cove beach. Popular Fishermans Village and its night market in Bophut is just 10 minutes drive away and Koh Samui’s second busiest tourist town Lamai is within a short 15 minute drive.
Owners within the estate pay a small monthly management fee to cover security, utility management, garbage collection and maintenance of communal areas.
