Baan Lealay

Baan Lealay is a luxurious villa located on the Bophut hillside offering Stunning views over the north shores of Koh Samui.

On entering the villa you are met with a parking terrace that leads down to the upper floor. The first floor of the villa offers three bedrooms all flanked by a long spacious balcony that connects all three of the rooms together. The first bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite shower room. The second room located on the west side of the villa has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the balcony. The third bedroom on this level is located on the east side of the villa offering an enormous double bed, an en-suite bathroom and an almost self contained living space with a spacious dressing room.

Baan Lealay’s outdoor living area on the middle floor has an infinity pool with stunning views of Koh Samui’s northeastern shore, a sunbathing area, an outdoor dining table and on the right side of the pool is a comfortable sala pavilion that offers shade and a cooling breeze.

The indoor living area offers a spacious lounge with dining area, a sofa to sit and chill and well equipped western kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also another double bedroom to the west of the same level and is identical to the one above it. The lower level of the villa also has a steam room, a sauna and an air-conditioned gymnasium.

Baan Lealay is also fully staffed offering amazing services and a full time Thai chef.

Property Surroundings

Set on the Bophut hills looking onto lovely coastal, sea and island views over the northeast coast of Koh Samui island. Fisherman’s Village and access to Bophut beach is 6-7 minutes drive from the property. the airport is just a short 15 minute drive away and the busiest tourist and nightlife center, Chaweng Beach is just 15-20 minutes by car.

• Minimum stay during low and high season is 3 nights.
• Minimum stay during EASTER is 5 nights
• Minimum stay during peak season on both Xmas & NY is 7 nights.
• Extra person $50++ per person per night
• One round trip airport transfer and CBF or Asian breakfast included
• Student Group USD 2,000 security bond to all villa and direct contact details parent prior to us of at least one confirming the booking. Also no outside guests permitted in the villa.
