There is a short steep section of downhill road accessing the villa that may be intimidating to inexperienced drivers. A 4×4 car is recommended. The driveway/parking area to the villa is also reasonably steep. Access is possible with a 2 wheel drive car but 4×4 is safer.

The fitness room is for 16 year olds or older, it is not a play area for children.

Please note that all areas of Koh Samui suffer from electrical cuts from time to time which can last several hours, this is part of life of Koh Samui and out of our control. Electrical cut also mean loss of water supply.

Shoes should be removed in the house to follow Thai customs.

We ask guests to try their best to conserve electric and water throughout their stay. Air-cons should be switched off in unused rooms or when leaving the villa.
